updating word files

If anyone knows how to update a windows word file to deviant i would appreciate it it they would tell me. I've tried all I could think of but no luck so far.

As for the Word file, I'm not sure you can. dA's interface for uploading text isn't exactly easy to use... Flat text works, but you'll need some HTML to do formatting.
